Customer Success Admin

Job Description

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, via WhatsApp and CRM platforms.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to customer support processes and tools.
  • Educate customers on product features and functionalities, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, problems, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Planning and executing WhatsApp blast campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the company's industry and products is a plus.
