
Customer Success Admin
Job Description
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, via WhatsApp and CRM platforms.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to customer support processes and tools.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Accurately document customer interactions, problems, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Planning and executing WhatsApp blast campaigns.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the company's industry and products is a plus.
